Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I visit the dentist for a check-up?
Most patients should schedule a dental check-up and professional cleaning every six months to maintain good oral health. Regular visits help detect cavities, gum disease, and other dental issues early, often before they become more serious or costly to treat. If you have specific oral health concerns, such as gum disease, frequent cavities, or orthodontic treatment, your dentist may recommend more frequent visits based on your individual needs.
A dental filling is used to repair small areas of tooth decay or minor damage by filling the affected portion of the tooth. A dental crown, on the other hand, is a custom-made cap that covers the entire tooth to restore its strength, shape, and appearance when it has been severely damaged, weakened, or treated with a root canal. Your dentist will recommend the most appropriate treatment based on the extent of the damage and the overall health of your tooth.
Yes, dental implants are considered a long-term solution for replacing missing teeth. The implant is surgically placed into the jawbone, where it fuses with the bone to create a strong and stable foundation for a custom crown. With proper oral hygiene, regular dental check-ups, and good overall care, dental implants can last for many years—often a lifetime—making them one of the most durable and natural-looking tooth replacement options available.
We strive to make quality dental care affordable by offering a variety of payment options. We accept most major credit and debit cards, cash, and many dental insurance plans. Flexible financing options may also be available for qualifying patients to help manage the cost of more extensive treatments. Our team is happy to review your benefits, explain treatment costs, and help you choose the payment option that best fits your budget.
CEREC crowns are designed, created, and placed in a single dental visit using advanced digital scanning and same-day milling technology. Unlike traditional crowns, which typically require multiple appointments and a temporary crown while a dental lab fabricates the final restoration, CEREC crowns eliminate the waiting period. They provide a precise fit, natural appearance, and durable results, allowing you to restore your smile quickly and conveniently.
